We only collect what we need to deliver your order: your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you give one, your email address.

We do not take payment online. Orders are cash on delivery, so we never ask for and never store card or bank details.

Your details are shared with the courier who delivers your order, and with the manufacturer service network if you ask us to arrange a warranty visit. They are not sold or given to anyone else.

Your cart is kept using a cookie in your browser so that it survives while you shop. If you create an account, we also keep your saved addresses and your order history so you can see past orders.

We keep order records for as long as we need them for warranty and accounting. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact us using the details on our Contact page.
